Print Management
We print manage a reasonably large amount of business with trade printers per month. This is done with our customers’ full knowledge. Some of this work will be printed in-house following the installation of the new press, but some will always be outsourced due for price/format reasons. Because of our expertise, we can offer customers a complete solution to all of their printing needs. Some key areas are:

•	Good relationship with Winkowski (Poland) and a network of UK printers
•	Expertise/Dedicated staff
•	Knowledge of systems and working methods of our preferred suppliers

Spine Gluing
Spine gluing with rotary trimming from 16pp to 48pp sections. This is available on our new 48pp press.

Closed Loop Colour Control - Quality Reports
These are available now from our 48pp Lithoman IV.

Customer Scheduling Service
We provide detailed production schedules to some of our customers where schedules do not exist.

Customer Training Days
We regularly run staff training days for Publishers. These include seminars, factory tours, question and answer sessions and can be pitched at whatever level you require for staff from different areas of your business. This has been particularly successful with one customer who have sent over 70 staff to the factory over the last two years.

Digital Printing & Personalisation

•	Very short run books/leaflets/magazines/stationery
•	Dummy magazines for distributor presentations/new launches
•	Online ordering of business cards/stationery
•	Every copy can be personalised

Hybrid Products
No other UK printer combines digitally printed personalised covers with web/sheetfed printed text and binds them together under one roof.
