We have recently published our intentions regarding further investment in broad terms. Our total spend over the next two years will be in the region of £20 million. The bulk of this will be spent on a new factory and a new Lithoman IV 48pp press.

Factory Development. 125,000 sq ft purpose built factory on single level, secure site to incorporate all the Garnett Dickinson Group. This includes 3 press bays. |

Building work commenced April 2005. Factory ready to install new press November
2005. Factory complete including bindery and office space, Spring 2006. |

Lithoman IV arrives November 2005. Including build and learning-curve it will be in full
production Feb 2006. |

Bindery equipment, pre-press, office staff and subsidiary businesses will be moved to
the new site in a phased and structured move commencing Spring 2006. |
