Highly commended - Print Week Awards 2005 - Customer Service Company of the Year
Garnett Dickinson Print has one of the best Client Service teams of any UK printer. We received “highly commended” status as runner-up in the Print Week Customer Service Team of the Year Award 2004 & 2005. Whilst we are very pleased with this accolade, we won’t rest until we are the best team in the UK print industry.
Our Client Services facility is made up of 10 Client Services Representatives (CSRs) and a Client Services Manager. All are extremely passionate about printing! Each team member reports to the Client Service Manager who has a wealth of experience handling all types of accounts.
Each CSR manages a portfolio of accounts, which they own totally, right through to final invoice. Each CSR works in a self-supporting team of five, which means they are sufficiently knowledgeable about each other’s accounts to provide for absences and holidays. In addition, we appoint a Customer Champion for each key account. The Customer Champion is often, but not always, the CSR, but the role carries additional responsibilities for customer care and growing the relationship.
The skill level is high and provides a good mix of backgrounds from internal cost-office promotions, printing diploma graduates, to economics graduates.
CSR’s are contactable 24/7, but our factory is manned by Shift Operations Managers who are also customer facing and can deal with most weekend, and late night issues.
